What are the differences between the courses?

The masterclass is our fully loaded course, including our Masterclass e-book paired with each section (+BONUS modules). The courses are all the same material, just broken down into 3 different versions to give you options. Our Miniclass is designed for hopeful NICU nurses who are in pursuit of their dream NICU job and includes job preparation but does not include our bonus modules or experienced nurse considerations. The Crash Course is designed for the experienced nurse who may not need the job preparation sections (or be interested in the bonus material).

How long will it take to complete my course?

The NICU Essentials Masterclass is approximately 7 hours

The NICU New Grad Miniclass is approximately 5 hours

The Crash Course for the Experienced Nurse is approximately 5 hours

What is the difference between contact hours and CEUs?

Nursing, as a profession, uses contact hours to count continuing education credit. 1 contact hour of continuing education is equal to 60 minutes (one clock hour) of an organized learning activity. 1 CEU is equal to 10 contact hours (or 600 minutes) of an educational activity.

How much NICU experience do I need for these courses?

None! These are designed to give you a foundation of bedside NICU nursing. Think of us as your pre-shift instructors helping you build a base of neonatal care. All 3 courses were designed to empower you and build your confidence.

Who teaches the courses?

In all 3 of our courses, we have a variety of speakers and educators including a neonatologist, NICU nurses, and Certified Nurse Specialist.

Is this worth the investment?

All 3 of these courses will pay for their weight in gold. With the help of these courses, you will gain invaluable NICU knowledge, skills, and resources to help you grow in your new (or hopeful) NICU journey. The CEUs gained from these courses can also go towards your NICU certification and nursing licensure renewal, helping you stay compliant. Becoming a NICU nurse can be overwhelming and intimidating. NICUity is here to help in you in the comfort of your time. These courses are here to help you take the next step toward mastery in neonatal care.

How long will I have access to my course after I've purchased it?

At this time, you will have 2 years to complete the course after you have purchased it.

What is the return policy?

The knowledge and wisdom imparted in these courses is transformative. However once your course is unlocked, there’s no going back. Further return inquiries are assessed individually, and refunds are only considered within 48 hours of purchase and completion of no more than two lessons.
